We,by cooperating with IBM company,successfully established
a customer center using AVAYA Definty calling centre system
solution for Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, Shanghai
Branch division.This system adopts AVAYA original high-tech
"single 5PN in One Cabinet".The Definty ECS has a capacity
of 600 business presented seats at most. It's AVAYA's first
system build outside of USA,so we were award Trophy Cup.
In order to meet the need of using the smallest hardware
capacity to support the largest number of phones traffic,
we founded the customer service centre system for the electric
power companies by working with HP company at 13 places
in Jiansu Province (Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxu, Changzhou, Xuzhou, Huaiying, Yangcheng, Lianyungang, Suqian,
Zhenjiang, Youngzhou ,Nantong, Taizhou).We were awarded by
AVAYA for our remarkable accomplishment.
Intel Co. has been one of our major customers because
of our excellent design,plan,high-quality installation and
perfect service in the construction of manufacture communication
ProjectⅠ,Ⅱ at WaiGaoQiao. Our perormance was awarded by
the customer.
